Innerpartysystem This was one of the bands I was most excited to see. IPS is an electronic rock band that makes me want to dance – which they encourage everyone to do. I’ve seen them before, however this time was without their ususal light show. New to the set was full electronic breakdowns, samples manipulated on the stage, performed in […]

Saosin started off with “7 years” from the EP Translating The Name — and the crowd knew every word. Their new record, In Search of Solid Ground, hits stores on September 8th. There's a lot of percussion on this stage and sweet grooves. Chris Null especially taking attention on guitar. Off to a good start today! Sent from the road via BlackBerry.

Just arrived at Lollapalooza for the last day. Currently watching the Raveonettes on the Playstation stage. I've never listened to them prior, but I already like them after the first song. So the plan for the day is Vampire Weekend, Cold War Kids, Lou Reed and maybe the Killers. More later! JadeSent via BlackBerry from T-Mobile

Working for their manager, I had to be a stage hand during their set, as well as helping to band get to their scheduled interviews on time and what […]
