Friday the 13th may have been the date in history that the world crashed down upon the Knights Templar back in the 14th-century, but it was also the day (and night) here in the 21st that the shoegaze tropical goth of the Los Angeles ensemble Black Flamingo rose again after a 5-year absence. With the new Living Ghost EP to celebrate, original members Kimi Recor, Ammo Bankoff and Christopher Vick gathered to introduce new songs like “Steps” and “Living Ghost” and re-introduce old ones like “Black Heart” and “Come Home.”
Also on stage this night was Night Talks.
