It was a little chilly in Los Angeles on Thursday night (no, really: chilly for our standards), but it was also a warm-hearted pleasure to finally welcome the North Carolina duo, Flagship, back to LA. Singer/guitarist Drake Margolnick and drummer Michael Finster seemed in a similar headspace putting on a fine display of the beautiful and raw honesty in their music including the single “Mexican Jackpot” from their upcoming second full-length album, The Electric Man (produced by Joey Waronker), due out March 10th on Bright Antenna Records.
