The Who: X Ambassadors & Tom Morello
The What: Tom Morello has always been a multi-tasker, so between his new record label, working on a new solo album and raising the roof and the collective consciousness with Prophets of Rage, after leaving the note, “Here is the Valhalla-rising riff monster I did with X-Ambassadors,” on his Instagram, here we are. Teaming up with X Ambassadors (one of the biggest break out acts of the past two years), the combination of Sam Harris’ vocals and Morello’s guitar licks in “Collider” cut a groove like a buzz saw. While a fairly straight forward performance video, the all guts, all glory, all fury of it all is why it’s our Video of the Week.
