The Who: Syd Arthur (Canterbury, England)
The What: “Sun Rays” happens to be the second installment in a video trilogy from the British band, Syd Arthur. Even though they’re noted as a psych-rock outfit, there’s a funky undercurrent and groove to “Sun Rays” that definitely alludes to a deeper musical spirit. Brothers Liam Magill (vox, guitar), Joel Magill (bass, vocals), Josh Magill (drums) and Raven Bush (violin, keyboards, mandolin) formed in 2003 and their fourth album, Apricity, is set for release on October 21st. But until then, bask in the rock and warmth of “Sun Rays.”
