The Marvel Countdowns of 2016

It seems with each passing the month, the Marvel Cinematic Universe story developments are getting harder and harder to resist. If you’re anything like us, you’re counting down the days until Thor revisits Earth from Asgard, Ward is finally defeated, Cap misses another pop culture reference, Matt Murdock continues to clean up Hell’s Kitchen and we watch Peggy Carter co-create S.H.I.E.L.D. with Howard Stark. Luckily there’s so much content coming out that you don’t really have to wait that long before the next episode or film is here. But even a few weeks can seem like an eternity to a superfan. That’s why we’ve created this page for you to bookmark and visit often for updates. No matter which Marvel direction you lean in, we’ve got your covered:

Agent Carter

Peggy Carter is a solid role model for women: strong, smart, sexy and independent. Will she finally get the respect she deserves? What uphill battles will she have to face this time? The Season Two premiere of Agent Carter is almost here! If you need to catch up, Season One is available to purchase on Amazon or stream on Amazon Instant Video.

Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.

Is Director Fury alive? Will Agent Coulson go through another hand? What is Ward? The winter finale of S.H.I.E.L.D. was a doozy and may need more than one viewing to soak in. Luckily it’s available on ABC.com and Hulu for streaming. Previous seasons available on Netflix.

Daredevil

Matt Murdock & Foggy return to the small screen to continuing cleaning up Hell’s Kitchen. If you haven’t watched Season One of Marvel’s Daredevil, what are you waiting for? The writing, the fight sequences, the set dressing, the casting, it’s all great! Only available on Netflix, catch up before Season Two drops.

Captain America: Civil War

Whose side will you choose in the battle between so many of the Avengers we love? It’s our first look at Black Panther. We get more from Ant Man. But, personally, it’s all about Bucky & Rogers.

Doctor Strange

Benedict Cumberbatch makes the transition from a high-functioning sociopath (in Sherlock) to superhero. Details on this film are extremely limited at the present time, but you can view some new photos of Benedict as Doctor Strange on Marvel.com.
