Just walked by Beauty Bar and discovered Ty Segall. The tunes reminded me of old school proto-punk (a la Ramones) and immediately I was smitten… But rushing to see Deluka @ Lipstick24 (Flavorpill/Musebox event) I left quickly. Walking into Lipstick24 I got to catch the end of Esben & The Witch. Heard a lot about this act and was happy I got to see the last two songs. Reminds me of Nico Vega.
