Grand Lake just started during the Filter Culture Collide Spain Happy Hour, first full band I've seen here today and so far I'm digging it. Very melodic rock with some nice electronic/synth twists casually slipped in here & there. Not impressed by the girl singer's voice, but love the groove of the band & the fact she also plays bass.
The rest of the Swedish showcase was uneventful after Laleh. And the Spainish short film… Well, not really sure what we just watched – but, I think I like it.
